Subscription to "The Dream Ticket" is a voluntary subscription to John Mitchel's GFC, Claudy ("The Club"). All elements of this promotion are under the control of the committee of the Club, the ruling of the committee shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into. The committee reserve the right to alter the conditions of membership and the published arrangements for the promotion but every effort will be made to ensure that any substituted benefits or prizes of equal value to the published items, the committee may alter the date and venue of the Raceday and, in the event of cancellation, postponement or interruption of the race meeting shall have the right to run an amended format on that date or re-arrange to a new date as may be deemed appropriate by the committee. The prizes will be awarded to the subscribers whose names are matched with winning runners on the raceday. Before each of the selected prize races a random computer draw will match subscribers names with the horses running in the race. At the end of the race the subscriber whose name has been drawn with the winning horse shall be awarded first prize and in the same way the second prize shall be determined by the finishing ordered. Prizes will be confirmed upon the "first past the post" official declaration. No subsequent Stewards enquiry or protested or amended result shall affect the allocation of prizes. If a race is not run or produces a tied result, or is declared void, the committee shall determine an alternative allocation method for the prizes for that race. Where a subscriber wins a prize in a race who has already won a prize in an earlier race, they shall be awarded the prize in the later race provided it is of greater value than the prize in the earlier race. He will then forfeit the earlier prize, which shall then be allocated to the subscriber matched against the next finishing horse in the race of forfeit. This rule shall apply to all other affected winners in the race of forfeit so that no one wins two prizes, and the other prizes shall be allocated to the subscribers matched against the next finishing horses as may be required to satisfy these rules. The racehorse is stabled with the nominated trainer at the date of the Raceday. The committee shall hand over a certificate to the racehorse winner who thereupon assumes all responsibility for it. The vehicle in the draw is supplied all taxes paid in Northern Ireland except road fund. The committee shall hand over the keys to the winner who thereupon assumes all responsibility for it. Nothing herein shall be constructed as constituting an contract between an subscriber and the club for the supply of goods or services, and no liability shall attach to the club for any claim for damages, personal injuries, mis-description, or breach of contract in respect of or howsoever arising out of the awarding of benefits or prizes in connection with this promotion.
